Chief Compliance Officer

Prior to joining Brightspark, Audrey developed programs that provided support to entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, including collaborating with the Business Families Foundation.

As the Chief Compliance Officer at Brightspark, Audrey assumes the responsibility of managing risk for the company and oversees internal processes required by the Exempt Market Dealer (EMD). She diligently prepares all necessary requirements, develops and modifies processes, and ensures the firm's compliance with regulatory frameworks. Working closely with the EMD team, she supervises the execution of fundraising operations while also actively participating in legal and corporate affairs. She is experienced in supporting new projects and identifying  solutions, particularly in complex and ambiguous situations. 

Audrey holds an MSc in corporate finance from HEC Montreal and has over a decade of extensive involvement in entrepreneur and women leadership groups. She is president of the board of Technovation Montreal, the Quebec chapter of the worldwide renown Technovation Challenge that empower teenage girls to discover tech entrepreneurship by finding a problem in their community and building a mobile app to solve it.
